What fits here

Systems in this group.

Some projects use one of these systems. Others connect several across the site.

01

PLC integration, 24 VDC controls, sensors and relays

02

Remote I/O, Modbus, RS-485 and suitable BACnet interfaces

03

Machine or facility status, data logging and dashboards

04

HVAC and lighting controls, schedules, setpoints and environmental monitoring integration

05

Controller and sensor troubleshooting, configuration backups, modernization, maintenance records and handoff documentation

06

Robot-cell interfaces and custom end-of-arm tooling, scoped around the machine, part and production process

Industrial and building controls

PLC and HMI integration, 24 VDC controls, robot-cell interfaces, end-of-arm tooling and equipment status projects begin with the existing process and I/O. Building automation work brings HVAC and lighting controls, environmental sensing, schedules and BACnet or Modbus interfaces into the facility plan.

We review the operating sequence, available programs and drawings, downtime, backups and acceptance checks. Machine-safety changes require separate engineering and validation; general monitoring does not replace required safety systems.
