This website provides general information about Cleveland Integrated Systems, its capabilities and potential project applications. You may use it for lawful personal or business purposes, including learning about services and sending genuine inquiries.

Inquiries, estimates & agreements

Submitting a website or Google Ads lead form, sending an email inquiry or discussing a potential job does not itself create a service contract, reserve an installation date or obligate either party to proceed. Project scope, responsibilities, equipment, pricing, payment, timing and any warranties must be addressed in the applicable written proposal or agreement.

A website description, example or price does not override a written CIS proposal, quote, scope of work or signed agreement. System options describe general approaches, not fixed packages or guaranteed results.

Accuracy & service availability

We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but specifications, equipment availability, provider requirements and service offerings may change. Errors or omissions may occur. Confirm details relevant to your project directly with CIS before relying on them.

Examples describe possible applications rather than completed installations. Installation feasibility depends on the site, equipment compatibility, permissions and the agreed scope.

Content, logo & photographs

CIS branding and original website content are owned by CIS or used with permission. Other trademarks, equipment images and content remain the property of their respective owners. No manufacturer affiliation is implied unless expressly stated.

You may view the site and share links for legitimate purposes. Do not copy or republish the CIS logo, project photographs or substantial site content for commercial use without permission. Do not use project photographs to identify customers, infer private security arrangements or misrepresent another company’s work. Nothing here restricts rights that applicable law gives you.

Acceptable use

Do not send spam, impersonate another person, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, harvest personal information or interfere with the service. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.

CIS may limit abusive requests or access where reasonably needed to protect the site and its users.

Third-party links & services

Manufacturer and other external links are provided for reference. CIS does not control the content, availability or privacy practices of external websites. Their terms apply when you use them. Equipment and subscription services may carry separate manufacturer or provider terms, which are addressed as appropriate in a proposal.

Some CIS advertisements may use Google-hosted lead forms. Google's terms and privacy practices govern operation of the Google Ads platform, while the CIS Privacy Policy explains how CIS handles lead information after it is made available to CIS.

Availability & limitations

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content or that every described system is appropriate for every site. Website information is not a substitute for a project assessment, an engineered design or specialist advice where required.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CIS is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on general website information or temporary website unavailability. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limit statutory consumer rights or alter obligations in a signed project agreement.

Camera systems, general notifications and connectivity described here do not guarantee prevention of loss or uninterrupted operation. Specific system performance and responsibilities belong in the written project scope.

These terms are subject to applicable law. No exclusive court location, mandatory arbitration requirement or waiver of legal rights is created by this website. Any project-specific governing-law or jurisdiction provision must be addressed in the applicable written agreement.
